A few years ago I met a person who worked in Romania, he worked in the “Bambini in Emergenza” village (please see the foundation). In this village lived many HIV positive children. I remember that he talked about the children situation in the statal orphanages (during the village was under construction), he found many children undernourisheds, sicks, thirsty, they were bound on the bed and, usually, they were die not for HIV virus (who had it) bat for water lack.
Today I’ve seen the pictures (for example in CBS web site) that the american soldiers have token in the one Iraq statal orphanage, there is no difference, ten years have spend but the human being is always the same…
