		<description>I found this blog really interesting.  And I think the same goes to web and net applications development as well.  Daily, we&#039;re spewing out Web 2.0 apps like there&#039;s no tomorrow.  Some have been very consistent with market needs, yet most others died off even while in their beta stage.  It&#039;s strange that web/mobile apps/service developers are not using what &#039;old skool&#039; advertising agencies have been employing in-house to produce the right campaign for the right group of people.  I call them &#039;old skool&#039; because they are still holding on to their Above-the-Line media as if it&#039;s the cornerstone of communications.  I&#039;m seeing a group of hybrid people who have the expertise in both areas.  The consumer insight research and strategy planning that have so endearing been called &#039;The Brain&#039; in agencies combined with the innovative ideas of communications 2.0.  I truly believe that if a company listens genuinely to its users/consumers, they&#039;ll create fantastic results - a win-win situation for both.  Not many can truly listen though...</description>
